Hi, I have a One X with the free headphones, does that automatically entitle me to the free tracks? I renewed my contract a few weeks ago and this phone was the upgrade option - but I had no idea that this offer existed.... If so how do I go about activating the offer? Cheers.

Hi I just upgraded which also stated the 3 months free music.

I did the upgrade online through this site and there was no options to click a free extra so assumed it was included. I received the phone the other day with the urbeats headphones. I have not had a text about the music, i did access the music and it states no credit. I spoke to someone on here through the chat box and they phoned me to put me through to someone but phone went dead. Can someone help me please?

Sorry to be a pain but both my wife and I have just upgraded and both got Beats Earfones too-Cool but lady on the phone at the time never mentioned about this and I have to say it would be very handy/cool if someone could help us sort this out please.

Same problem here - no free tracks. I've received the text saying I should have them, but the link in the text just redirects to the main vodafone corporate website.

Incidentally, loving the beats audio headphones - didn't realise they normally cost £80!

Can you PM me to get hold of the tracks?

Exactly the same thing - had a text with a link confirming the 10 free tracks a month were now added, and to activate them go to link, but link was Vodafone main page advertising going abroad and taking data with you?!

How do we actually activate the credits?

Ignore my previous post - credits are now showing up in the Vodafone Music Store, and have successfully used one to download a track. Now just have to find where to get the mp3 file from...
