Re: HTC One S

[ Edited ]

Hi everyone.

Thank you for your posts.:smileyhappy:

I understand the excitement for this new device and I have been informed that all successful pre-orders have been fulfilled and you will receive confirmation of this shortly.

Our sales team are busy on the phones and if you are expecting a call they will be with you as soon as they can.

If the device is ordered online there is no option to to request next day delivery however this is possible if you upgrade in store (dependant on stock availability in store) or over the phone.

Many Thanks

DaveCD

Re: HTC One S

I should report that VF did come through eventually. Have just taken receipt of my One S.

My complaint about the disorganisation, broken promises and contradictions from customer service remain though. They quite clearly could have handled this launch much better.

Re: HTC One S

Hi guys,

Joe_B - I've sent you a PM to get you on the callback list. Just follow the directions listed there.

You can find your PM inbox here. If you can't access this link, please ensure that the box next to "Turn on private messages" is ticked on this page, and let us know if you need any further assistance.

----------------------------

A2a - I can see you're on the callback list already, so if you haven't been called yet you will be getting one soon.

Dave

Re: HTC One S

I started this thread weeks ago, can't believe I haven't had a call back yet.   Any word on when this will be?

Re: HTC One S

Thanks guys, had some signal issues over the last few days but spoke to Kay today, sorted out now.

I also wanted to let you know that the Customer Survey link in the email doesn't work; happy to complete it if you want to send another link.

Re: HTC One S

Johncolm - You said you have been having signal problems. Could you tell me what sort of problems you were facing ? And how did you get it sorted ?

I only ask because im having something similar, I got the One S because my Sensation was awful with vodafone, I couldnt get a signal anywhere, The One S is better... But im still not getting full bars like i did on my SGS (before Sensation)

I live in a great signal area, not too far from a mast. Ive only got 1 week to test the device until it becomes my permanent phone, So id like to clear up any isses before i commit to keeping it for the rest of my contract.

Thanks !

Re: HTC One S

azledazzle, my signal is usually okay but I was on holiday in an area which isn't normally great and to make things worse was having problems with one of the local masts. Even restaurants were having problems using wireless payment machines!

Nabs

Thanks, this gives me the link to the survey but Kay isn't one of the tteam member options listed.  Could it be a different survey page?
