I have just upgraded to the HTC One X this evening and want to know if an "Upgrade" still counts as a pre-order, thus I still qualify for the free Beats headphones?

I'd imagine  that it still counts as preorder because the phone isnt actaully out even though you upgraded to it. i cant see them getting 10'000 preorders anyway, that would be alot of keen people.
