Re: HTC One X

Hi Paul,

I am not currently a Vodafone customer but hope to be as soon as the One X becomes available. I'm sure you're bored of the requests by now, but would you please also let me know as soon as it's out?

Thanks,

Jon.

Re: HTC One X

Hi Paul,

Could I also get some information on when the phone is coming out - I recently upgraded and am still within my 7 day period, but am very interested in this phone so may wait as I expect it to be released on the 5th April like other retailers?

Re: HTC One X

You're better off getting the phone from a 3rd party retailer. You'll get an unbranded, unmolested handset and probably get a better deal as well

Nice deal that, would be tempting if I didn't already have a Sensation and a Galaxy Nexus

Re: HTC One X

Hi jonburt1982,

Many thanks for your post and welcome.

We think the HTC One X is going to be very popular and we’d love to get you a great deal on this once we have prices for the phone.

I’ve sent you a private message with details of how to contact us if you do need any help with this.

You can find your PM Inbox here. If you can't access this link, please ensure that the box next to "Turn on private messages" is ticked on this page, and let us know if you need any further assistance.

Let me take this opportunity to show you how Vodafone like to say thank you; take a look at VIP.

Hi kurran123,

I recommend returning your upgrade phone within the 7 day period and then once that’s been done, come back to us again and we’ll be happy to put together a bespoke package for you as well once we have prices.

Cheers

Ian

Re: HTC One X

after seeing the prices for this that Vodafone are offering it looks like ill be leaving, no chance am I paying what Vodafone are quoting when its cheaper elsewhere.

£36 a month and £99 for the phone your having a laugh when its available at £31 a month with 300 mins unlimited texts 500mb internet and a free phone on Vodafone elsewhere

third party seems to be the way to go.

Re: HTC One X

Had a play with the One X on Friday at an HTC event and it's amazing. Weighs next to nothing, slim, awesome screen...definitely worth a look if you're due an upgrade. As is the One S...

Re: HTC One X

Ive recently recieved an email to tell me that he HTC One X is available to pre-order.

Once i clicked on the plans i was amazed by the price compared to Phones4u
Both plans have 100 mins, 500 texts, 250MB internet at £26pm for 24 months only to notice the price for the phone from vodafone is £299 but its only £119.99 from Phones4u.

Is this a joke or something? if it stays like this youve lost a long time customer!!

Re: HTC One X

Hi Jo135790,

The deals online are for new customers too - keep in mind that as an existing customer, and a long term one at that, we can usually offer a pretty decent deal :smileywink:

I've sent you a PM with some instructions on how to contact us - send me an email and we'll see what we can offer you :smileyhappy:

@ longleyleeds, the same would apply to you, so there's a PM on the way to you too!

Paul

Re: HTC One X

Pretty gutted about Vodaphones flexibility over pre-ordering the phone... My upgrade is due on launch day... But i can't preorder as my upgrade isnt due NOW. Despite the fact i obviously wont get the phone until my upgrade day... So i lose out on the £100 Beats earphones. Stupid lack of flexibility means i'll be going to another network! Poor Form voda... Losing a long time customer!

Re: HTC One X

Could you please get in touch with me also, I was speaking to a member of the web relations team on Friday about this handset and was told 2 weeks till we could "deal" on the handset. Id rather get it sorted sooner rather than later.

Re: HTC One X

gonesurfin,

You could preorder it on a second line to get yourself the earphones. When your original contract is up you can cancel the first line and transfer your number over.

I think the earphone deal may be exclusive to Vodafone, i havnt seen anywhere else advertising it.

Re: HTC One X

Factor in cashback through Quidco.com and paying for the phone isn't too bad, they're currently offering £70
