i just spoke to someone in Customer Services to enquire about when i can expect to receive the One-X I've pre-ordered, expecting to be told tomorrow. However, after the agent spoke to the warehouse, she came back and told me that they would be in stock at the end of April?? What's all that about?

The plot thickens!

Having received the automatic email saying that my phone has been dispatched, viz. my order. I spoke to customer services, who spoke to the warehouse, to advise that it hasn't actually been dispatched - as they don't have stock of the phone just yet.

This is pretty much just an elaborate corporate joke, right?

Getting bored of this now. The rep even gave me a tracking number!

I think the Order Number is just a randomly generated number. I had my first 2 or 3 orders cancelled for no apparent reason and my current order number is a lower one than my last order.

If end of April stock is true as one of the above members posted, then I'm cancelling my order and going for a handset only option from Carphone Warehouse.

After having 2 orders cancelled by Vodafone and my card being blocked by my bank for suspected fraudulent activity, I'm not going to bother waiting around.
