Notification light.

Sometimes this light will blink even though nothing new, and will even stay constant red (after unplugging from charge) yet it's not even charging after!

Advise please?

Re: Notification light.

Hi Fruitinator,

To be honest I’ve not come across this issue before and it could be either a fault with the phone or a software issue.

I would recommend backing everything up and performing a factory reset to see if this clears the issue, however you may need to look at a free of charge repair if you have had the phone more than 7 days.

I have looked at our approved Firmware list and can see that there currently is only the launch software available and as of yet have no details of any updates becoming available.

Re: Notification light.

Also does anyone know if a factory reset would solve the intermittent issue of sometimes when i unlock the phone, it has already on the screen a webpage I viewed like, 2-3 weeks ago?

Re: Notification light.

Hi Fruitinator

You can back up your device HTC by downloading HTC Sync.

With regards to your web page error, it's not something I've come across before either on the eForum or one of our devices here. I might suggest to clear your browsing history every now and again just to ensure that the sites don't keep cropping up when you log on to your browser.

Thanks

Simon
