Re: Problems with WiFi any help

Turn off both your phone and your router, then switch them both back on, this solved the intermittent wifi problem on my One X and now I am connected all the time.

Hope this helps.

Re: Problems with WiFi any help

Hi Yel

Thanks for your post. We're not aware of any underlying issues with a Wi-Fi issue with either the device itself or Virgin broadband customers connecting to the HTC One X.

Have you noticed any connections problems with alternative WiFi connections? I'd also try gilly1980's suggestion to see if this works for you.

Thanks

Simon

Re: Problems with WiFi any help

I have had my X since Saturday and use a Netgear WNDR3700 with VM 30Mb connection and had no problems whatsoever.
