Hello,
happy to finally to see Froyo finally come to the magic.
I was wondering if when we tether the internet used is from our minutes or the cost is extra?
I would also like to know how to create the wireless hotspot (like mifi) as it is one of Android's best features.
Thanks.

If you're on contract, it should just use your "unlimited" (read 500MB p/month) allowance for data transfer. Don't know if you're on PAYG, but I'd imagine it'd just use what ever data allowance you've bought.
I bought and used EasyTether (when on 1.6) from the market and it used USB tethering and the data I used came from my 3G contract allowance ("Fair Use" 500MB p/month). No extra cost involved.
