ive recently renewed my contract. my Plan comes with 900 minutes, unlimited texts, 500MB mobile internet and 1GB BT Openzone Wi-Fi . im having problems with my mobile internet when it comes to connecting to 3g when im out of wi fi range when im outside or when wifi is not available. i was having the sme problem before i was given the 500mb in my new contract. i feel that ive been conned into staying with vodafone which now im not happy about as when i was on the phone renewing i was told that now im gettin 500mb mobile internet i would have no further problems connectin to 3g. if it does not get sorted i refuse to pay any further contract bills as i dont see why i should pay for somethig that im not getting from my 500mb mobile internet. please could you sort this out as im getting quite annoyed with this and my contract is for 24months. also sometimes i cant make calls. ive tried my sim in other phones but it is still te same. thenk you jeanette pyrek

To help us identify, investigate and resolve your issue please can you provide a little more information to the nature of your issue.
When you try and connect to the internet whilst out of WIFI range please can you confirm if you get any error messages?
Have you ever been able to access the internet on your phone?
As you have tried your SIM in another phone, it does sound like it could be a provisioning issue on your account, so that I can check this for you I have sent you a quick email, please reply with your details and I will get one of our team to take a look at the account and network aspects of your issue.
