Support,
I just noticed your pinned topic above. This is a great idea for an overall view of current issues. However, you could do with adding a few more that crop up a lot, so people don't need the trawl the forum.
1. No voice dialing or voice search commands as referred to in Magic User guide.
2. Attachments - They are shown in standard (not gmail) emails but you can't open any (doc/xls...).
3. Gmail accounts - Not possible to set up more than one account.
4. Gmail accounts - It is not possible to select the sender, as in the standard web gmail.
5. Calendars - Some calendars that are editable on web are readonly on magic.
6. Deleting emails - does not seem to work all the time
7. Standard email - can't mark items (as in gmail) for bulk delete etc.

And how about acknowledging that the Magic has 'some' limitations in the bluetooth department. And noting whether these have been escalated, or are out of scope.

We only add things that a definite faults or known issues to this list. However we will definitely consider you suggestions.
Wayne,
I see that the wifi problem is on that list. So, it is "a definite fault or known issue", rather than a user... a step forward.
Any idea if they have located the fault and eta for a fix yet then?

This is a very serious issue for Vodafone customers. The unenlightened are going to receive a shock with their monthly bill when they see that they are being charged for MMS unintentionally/unknowingly sent by the HTC Magic. This "design feature" is unfair and could place Vodafone in an embarrasing place should one of your customers decide to either complain to OFCOM where they think Vodafone is being a bit underhand - not that I'm suggesting you are, but it could be seen as such.
Either Vodafone needs to get the Google Android OS modified quickly to stop this happening or it needs to bundle in MMS with HTC Magic tariffs.
Any way you look at this - it is unfair for a customer to be hit with charges for sending SMS to more than three addresses concurrently. You don't do this for any other device/tariff and so should not for the HTC Magic.

Hi moa
At the moment the wifi issue is still being looked at.
As soon as we've got something to tell you we will.
If you come across anything else that needs raising please let us know so we can pass it on for you.
In the meantime I'd ask you to subscribe to the Bugs and Fixes thread for the latest news on the issues we've raised.
Thanks
