Hi

I am on holiday in USA and have noticed that all my incoming calls are going straight to voicemail.............I have never set up any call barring and have never had this problem when I have been on holiday in Europe. I am able to make out going calls the problem seems to be incoming only....please can somebody give me some advice as I am expecting an important call whilst I am away.

Many thanks for your post here.

From what you have said it does sound like there may be an unconditional divert set on your handset which is causing all of your calls to be diverted to voicemail.

So that we can try to identify where the issue lies please can you try the following;

Deactivate unconditional divert by calling 1213

Deactivate standard diverts by calling 1210

Reactivate standard diverts by calling 1211

I would give this a go and let us know how you get on.
