I got the first update a few days ago and that appears to have done its stuff. But the 2nd update, the proper one, fails every time. I get the message telling me I can update the phone but it reboots and then hangs with the exclamation mark inside the triangle.

I've reset the phone to factory default and tried it several times but the result is always the triangle.

Am I the only person having this problem? Anyone solved it?

you are not the only one with this problem, i try 2-3 days to find a solution or someone to tell me how to install  the second update but nothing ...
