First of all, Hello to the community.

Secondly, I am unfortunately having some issues with my Trophy.

It gets VERY hot! This happens however the phones screen is turned on, making a phone call, playing games, browsing the internet, literally anything. I've even noticed the IMEI sticker has started bubbling...

It frequently restarts and sometimes won't boot at all from crashing due to the heat.

Now, I personally don't think I'm doing anything wrong with it, and haven't abused it from what a smartphone is used for. Its running minimal apps and is currently on the NoDo update (7392).

What could be causing this? I'm reluctant to get rid of the phone as I'm loving the whole WP7 experience and am very glad to have gone with Vodafone as my network, this is just letting it down a bit and is more annoying than anything else.

Thanks for your post here. I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with your phone. I appreciate how frustrating this must be, especially when, aside from the problems, you really like it.

It sounds to me that, if it’s getting hot enough to bubble the plastic sticker, you have a faulty device. It'll need to be repaired via one of our Vodafone stores. More information on how to do this can be found on the link below.
