HTC HD Mini Issues

Had an HTC Hd Mini for 13 months now, worked fine for about 10 months and ever since then, the mobile data connection hasnt worked at all and my signal comes and goes periodically, regardless of whether or not i'm in a high signal area. I'll have no signal, suddenly receive a text, then not be able to reply for an hour until my phone suddenly gets signal again. Get an error message any time i try and log onto the Opera browser, and my phone cant upload to facebook or twitter, or receive GPS updates. Been a vodafone customer for 10 years now, thoroughly ###### off about the issue, in-store they tried fitting new sim cards, remotely changing my data settings, etc, but nothing seemed to work, and need my phone constantly so can't really send it in for a factory fix. Any ideas? Cant wait until i can finally upgrade to an iPhone that actually works...

Hi jackmh41,
First of all a very warm welcome to the eForum, it is fantastic to see new users on here. ![]()
Thank you for your post; I understand how frustrating it can be when you are unable to communicate as you wish. I would love to help you with this.
Have you checked that your handset has the latest software? This may mean that the software is updated and the faults you are currently having may already be rectified.
Also the Help Centre has a guide which is specific to a HD Mini and you may find something useful there that you may not currently be doing.
I appreciate you are often busy, and if none of the above work I would consider taking it to be looked at by our store, and if they cannot see anything this time with a fresh pair of eyes, they can advise on your options in relation to getting it repaired. If this is the route you take please remember to back up all of your content, a free downloadable app such as Vodafone People is fantastic for this.
I have sent you an email for you to complete and reply to should you require further assistance from the eForum Team: smileyhappy:
Let me know how you get on.
Many Thanks
