Yes another one of these postings. Unfortunetly this was asked 10 days ago by several users, inline with VF only T&Cs and VF have yet to respond. So a little reminder incase VF didn't see the two page thread.

Can you confirm your waiting to respond post Nov 12th when you change the T&C's and close the thread as its not relevant ?

We wanted to give you an update on this. As you know, the HTC Legend is an exclusive device to Vodafone and as such, it has always been customised. We'll continue to do this.

Strange; I went into my local Orange and O2 store and played with the display model they both had in store before I took out my contract with Vodafone.

If it's exclusive to Vodafone, nobody appears to have told HTC, Orange or O2.

I don't think anyone is asking whether you can/do/will continue to customise the legend i think that is accepted, however in line with your T&C I have tried your applications/service and have decided I wish to remove the service/applications how can I do this please.

Tom / VF, can you please answer the question instead of just stalling ? How do we uninstall the apps we don't want from VF as per the T&C's ?

That being the case I assume we are all free to ignore them with your blessing.

I know many people say this but I will without a satisfactory response never take a VF contract again.
