HTC One M8 - No 4G

My One M8 has a 4G plan and was working with 4G quite happily. Now it won't connect at all - H+ is the best I ever get. Just did the 4.4.3 update, hoping that might help, but no change. Vodafone R212 sat next to it, connected quite happily...

Hi there

 

Have you enabled LTE in the network settings?  Also, have you turned flight mode on for about 10 minutes or so and then reconnected to the network?  This can sometimes force the handset to change modes.  Alternatively, you can manually search for all networks and try to connect to one that isn't Vodafone and then reconnect to Vodafone.

Done all of that and more, thanks. I suspect it's either a hardware or an account problem. I'm not getting usage charges that I don't believe, so I'm wondering if somewhere in the Vodafone system my account is set as 3G with a low data allowance. My account profile on My Vodafone looks right, but...
