I got an upgrade in Noember to the HTC One Mini 2 from the HTC One.
I wish I never bothered! I have had nothing but issues with it!
First issue: Kept getting error messages pop up on screen and couldnt do anything until I clicked out of them, then all my apps stopped working.
Sent it off to be repaired and the replaced it with a new phone.
Second issue: Error messages started to pop up again on screen, then all my apps where deleted, all my photos deleted and my keyboard stopped working.
Sent it off to be repaired and the agian replaced it with a new phone.
Third issue: On my SECOND replacement phone the vibrate doesnt work at all, no haptic feedback etc.
Have sent it off to be looked at yet again. Ref # 8645784
This time I do not want it back, I am spending more time without the phone that with! It is completely unreliable.
I want to replace it with a brand new model phone- Vodafone what can you do to help?
I am so frustrated and angry.
Solved! Go to best answer.

IF you want a brand new phone, you are more than welcome to purchase one if you wish as you can use any handset with your contract.
Vodafone will continue to repair the handset and will replace it if it is beyond repair but the replacement will be a refurbished handset of the same mobel and specification.

Thanks for replying.
My issue is that I don't have the money to purchase a brand new phone, which can run into the hundreds.
The HTC has proved it is unreliable and I dont think I should have to keep going round in circles getting it repaired.
Also Im not too happy that it is being replaced by a refurbished phone.
Thanks

I'm sorry if you've struggled.
If you need an alternative to our repairs process, you have the right to approach HTC directly instead.
We're unable to just swap you onto a different phone under the warranty.
Many thanks,
Ben
