HTC Sense no so sound with phone

Suddenly I can't hear or be heard on phone calls.

Volume levels are max

Phone is not muted

Music plays just fine

My settings say the model is . HTC Sense, V6.0.  Software 6.12.161.8

Any idears?

The first thing to try would be a factory reset.  Sorry, yes, I know that's a pain but, if you send the device off for repair, that's going to happen anyway.  Don't forget to back up your content first.

Thanks for the advice, backed up then factory reset.  Everything is OK now.
