Can you clarify exactly which unlock code you're after here? If you're after the screen lock code, then we wouldn't be able to provide this as it's a user-defined code that we don't have access to. If you're after a Network Unlock Code then you'll find further information here: Network Unlocking.

I HAVE A SIMILAR PROBLEM. MY WIFI AND MOBILE INTERNET OPTIONS WERE OFF SO WHEN IT ASKS FOR THE GMAIL A/C AND PASSWORD IT IS NOT ABLE TO VERIFY THEM AND GIVES AN ERROR THAT EMAIL OR PASSWORD IS INVALID. IS THERE ANY OTHER SOLUTION OTHER THAN A HARD RESET?

So that we can look into this for you please can you confirm if you’re able to use your handset for all other services other than email?
If it is simply the email then I would recommend a battery pull to reset the phone without loosing any data and then removing any email accounts on the device, once done, turn on the mobile internet setting and try to setup the email accounts again and if you have any issues, please let me know.
