Can anyone confirm if there is any Vodafone branding on the Grey HTC Wildfire S on Vodafone PAYG, ie external or software and whether it is locked.

I have not seen it but id of said no branding on the outside but a little on the software side of it. Maybe a splash screen, a couple of apps. If it is payg it will be sim locked.

Just to confirm this for you, I have this phone. There is no Vodafone branding on the phone, it is definately sim locked and no branding appears on the handset or inside the menus.

Thanks so much for the replies - just wanted to know whether there were slash screen and applications, etc.  I love the grey colour of the this phone and Vodafone have if exclusively, but my new contract is with T-Mobile.
