Hi there

Are you using a third party messaging app or the integrated one?
Have you tired clearing the cache of the app?
Have you done a hard reset of the device?

Hi Tidgy,

To find out what you need to do in order to get this sorted take a look at our Vodafone Repairs Thread. This can be found here.

If you enabled the Rich Communication Suite, I suggest you factory reset the phone but when prompted DO NOT enable The Rich Communication Suite again.

It seems to be causing problems for some people and might be the cause of your problem?

TSD 🙂

Already disabled RCS

From what I gather you need to factory reset to totally disable the service. Then setup without activating it at all.

😉

was trying to avoide that tbh, dont wanna reinstall everything. what a pita

So, crap communication suite, sorry rich communication suite updated and guess what, lag has calmed right down so far, touch wood (pats head).

Why is this crap being forced on us when its obviously not working right?
