I have just changed phones and I desperately need to import all my contacts from my pc which are stored in Outlook.

I must be doing something wrong because it keeps telling me "We're having a problem connecting to..." [whatever I put in] "... Please try later. Error Code 85010018

I'm entering my Sky e-mail address but I really don't know what I should be entereing for Server or Domain.

Help! Without being able to update my calendar and contacts FROM OUTLOOK (not interested in re-typing many hundreds of entries) the phone is just a hunk of junk.

Thanks for your post here. I appreciate how frustrating this must be for you.

I'm afraid, as strange as it may seem, it is not possible to sync the HTC Trophy with Microsoft Outlook.

The only option you have would be to export the .CSV file from outlook and import it into a Googlemail account. Then set the Googlemail account up on your phone.

This phone was sold to me on the basis that I would be able to use it with Outlook and indeed there appear to be two Outlook references on the phone.

Uploading my contacts to the internet is not an option - I use my mobile both personally and for business and many are customer details which must be protected at all costs.

OK well, thank you anyway. It looks like I will be going back to the shop.
