Lost mobile

[ Edited ]

I am in the process of an insurance claim for my htc one x which I lost, I had to provide proof of purchas which you sent me via email (many thanks), however they are now asking for "proof of usage" this will show the handset details and the dates the handset was first and last used. I hope you can provide such info via email, this will help speed up my claim.

Many thanks

Re: Lost mobile

Michat, you should be able to provide proof via Google dashboard.

http://www.google.com/dashboard/

Scroll down to Android devices and it will not only show the device like this:

Name: One X Tegra
Account: electronicpunk@email.com

But "More data stored about this device" which includes IMEI, date it was registered on Google play and the last activity.

If that isn't proof perhaps you could borrow one from a Vodafone store and get someone to take a photo of you using it?
