Hi, Just spent the last hour on the phone to VF customer support trying to fix issues I've been having with sending pic messages. We've come to the conclusion that my phone is damaged as I can pop my sim into my fiancées phone and it works perfectly. I'm due for upgrade onSeptember 2nd and was wondering if there was any chance I could upgrade a little earlier as I do like to be able to send MMS messages to friends. Not sure I can wait a month to be able to upgrade!! I've been with VF from day one of owning a mobile phone, never been with another service provider and would like to think that as a long term customer a month wouldn't make a lot of difference. Whilst you won't be able to upgrade online or over the phone, the @VodafoneUKDeals team may be able to help.  Pop them a message following the instructions in this link and they will take a look at what they can do for you. Do please bear in mind that any remaining time from your current contract will be added onto any new contract that is agreed.
