Thank you for your post and a very warm welcome to the eForum from myself and the team.
I am sorry you are having difficulties with your device, the first thing I would recommend is to back up all of your contacts and information, once this has been done I would recommend trying a reset and to do this
- Switch the handset on
- Whilst powered up, remove the SIM card and battery
- Put the battery back in and switch on
- Wait a couple of minutes, then remove the battery again
- Replace the SIM and battery and switch back on
Once this has been done please ensure you have the latest software installed on your device.
If the two steps above have failed to resolve your issue I would recommend doing a factory reset as a final step you can do from here, the next step would be to take the device to your local store for our team to take a look and advise you of the next step which may be to send it off to our repair centre as this may be covered under the manufacturers warranty, if a store is not close don't worry as we can arrange a postal repair.
