I have been with Vodafone for three months and have a Sensation which, generally, I am very happy with... with one exception... MMS
Or to be precise, the lack of it.
I have gone through the setup with Cust service several times and was assured that all settings in the system were OK and I needed a new Sim.. that arrived and still no MMS working.
I was asked to go into a Vodafone shop, which I just did, and my SIM was tested in a different phone.
Guess what? yes it worked.
My options now are to surrender my Sensation for repair..even though it has never worked and be without a phone for up to two weeks or more!
Not happy! my reasoning is that, after researching this, it seems a very common problem on the android software affecting other models as well as the Sensation.
I am surprised tha Vodafone are willing to keep attempting to repair these phones when it's more than likely they won't succeed
So I will just have to suffer it .. maybe I should have stuck with the iPhone?......
