Nexus One - 1 GB data allowance?

When I renewed my contract online it said it would include 1GB of data a month. I cant find this anywhere on my account online, even on bills! Why is this? The email comfirming upgrade account doesnt have it on.

Nexus One - 1 GB data allowance?

I would call 191 if i were you and double check this, when i upgraded from PAYG to contract I was told that i would get 1GB as a special offer, it turned out that it was set up with 500MB.

This has since been corrected though, but as you say I too cannot find anywhere where it states the limit.

Nexus One - 1 GB data allowance?

I upgraded from a pack with 500mb to the Nexuc One which is basically on an iphone tariff. My bill (only been on this tariff for about a week) shows 1Gb of data and Wi-Fi.......Does anyone know what the Wi-fi bit is? I asked the guy in the shop, he said it was BT openzone access and directions are on the website to activate it....So far, I can't find that information!!!

It's here.

I had the same issue in that it wasn't clear how you activated this

Ignore the ref to iPhone bit, it's the same for us lowly Android users!

BT Openzone Map

There he goes again, the legend that is Rusty! Cheers buddy :)

DARN! It appears that Manchester Airport uses T-Mobile hotspots. That's the only place I'm interested in :(

Nexus One - 1 GB data allowance?

Check your unbilled usage, it should show data use (WAP or INTERNET, why they have 2 ways of showing it I don't know) @ £0.00

It could be that it's built into the tariff and not showing as an extra? I have the 500mb FUP one, and my tariff shows up as: "Your Household Discount Plan comes with 300 minutes + Unlimited Texts with Mobile Internet"

Nexus One - 1 GB data allowance?

Hi Divster

I'm not sure why it doesn't state how much data usage you have on your My Account section.

When I log into mine, I can click 'View Price Plan' then click the drop down box to view 'Price Plan Details. This then tells me that I have x amount of minutes x amount of texts and 1GB of data. Do you not have this on yours?

Please let me know and we'll be more than happy to help you further

Thanks

Wayne
