Hi all,

Yeasterday I popped on to check if the Nexus s was avalable as an upgrade yet and it was!

So I ordered on all confirmed by email so ok there I hope, but this morning I look and the Nexus S is gone! I wonder if it was over subscribed?

It is very strange and also very annoying, I was intending to order it on friday, now I can't though.

Hope this is just a very short term temporary problem.

carphone warehouse have them i think, and i belive you can upgrade using there website

We all know that, but the S has been "Coming Soon" for about 2 1/2 weeks on vodafone website, and yesterday it disappeared from the coming soon section and could be found in the actual store, but now it has disappeared from the store and is back in the coming soons ection.

Think there has been a small error but it's not available on pre order at the moment, you can register for updates though. ^KS

It was in response to someone making enquiries about upgrading to Nexus S

Just spoke to sombody at VF and they said they did not think it would be more than 2 weeks for the Nexus S to be avalable, now she did not promise that so it may be longer. She also said that as I signed up to a more expensive price plan to go with the Nexus S (of course that starts streight away not when I get the new hand set) that they would refund the difference until it is delivered.

Hi guys,

The Nexus S snuck up on the website a little earlier than it should have done in terms of it becoming available to buy, which is why it's reverted back to Coming Soon now.

We're due to get stock of the handset in next week and if you've already placed an order then you'll still be one of the first Vodafone customers to receive the device. Rest assured, if you have purchased the Nexus S we will contact you directly about your order over the next few days.

If you're waiting to order the Nexus S, keep your eyes peeled on the Online Shop next week .

but notice when they had it on here it said cheaps price plan was £35, is this going to be right? as carphonewarehouse are doing it for £30

Hondaboybt: The CPW £30 deal is with 500 any network mins the vodafone £35 was with 1200 any network mins.

For the same deal from CPW is would be £40.85.

but about if you dont need that many free mins as i hardly ever use my mins, as i would want lower payment then pay extra for mins i will never use

Hi,

Just got an email from VF regarding the delay in the Nexus S launch. Now when I signed up they said deliverys would start on the 2nd of March, but now it seems I will not recieve it until the 3rd (oh no!) and because of this massive delay they are giving me 3 months half price line rental, thank you Vodafone.

I will let you know if it turns up.
