Got tracking number from vodafone and called parcel force..they wont deliver on saturday...so its going to be only monday now....atleast i have some whales visiting my island and hope they stay for weekend...will go spend time with them....

can any clafify the delivery iv seen people saying parcel force deliver on saturday to personal address'  only and not buisness, hoping to get mine tomorrow but doesnt look likely as it been sat at the depot since 2 this afternoon

Pleased to see that some of the handsets have arrived today, I'm sure those that have received them must all be very happy bunnies!

Hi guys,

So I know people are tired of the thread about the pre-order, but I got the out of stock (5-10 days or 2-4 weeks) yesterday, after the official dispatch date.... so I've no idea what to believe now after seeing all the threads. As it was sent after the 19th - any thoughts on how long it might be? I can't imagine Vodafone wouldn't have more stock coming in if they hold a short exclusivity contract.

My old phone broke and so at the moment, just to give you an idea of the urgency, my current backup 'device' doesn't have a usb connection or 3g and I can play Snake on it

@MrEagle i think everyone is getting them emails, i was in contact yesterday with VF, they said that they are dealing with all preorders first, and that it wouldnt be 2 weeks to wait, i gt the email aswell yesterday but a few hrs later gt the dispatch email so, you should recieve notification soon.

I thought i could not upgrade till the 24th but went into the Manchester store today to see if they had any in. It turns out i could upgrade today and they had loads in, i almost got one but i would have had to pay £117 for the phone whereas it is free online so they ordered online for me in store, 2-4 working days, also because i have a rubbish n97 that does not work they gave me a courtesy phone even though i have no insurance.

I just thought i would post with all the hate that i am very happy with Vodaphones service today, now to wait for the phone.

@ MrEagle , many times i have been tempted to ditch all the technology, and grab a mint condition 3210. battery lasts bloody ages and it has snake that happens to be one of my favorite games. SNAKE. ill swap it for my sensation

I've still not received any emails

Emailed their customer services yesterday and they said they'd be in contact within 24 hours. It has now been over 24 hours and nothing

I am slightly baffled why people who preordered in the last week already have their phone and you can just walk into a shop and get one while some people like me who pre-ordered on the 4th haven't received any phone or information at all.

I have to say this isn't a very good first impression of Vodafone for me as an O2 customer.

No delivery on Saturdays guys, if you got your despatch note on Friday, it'll be Monday at the earliest

As i posted above i ordered on Saturday and the guy said that it said on the computer 2-4 days and there was no note to show they are expecting any problems so i should get it by Wednesday. I just got home from work and got the dreaded 'out of stock 2-4 weeks' email, so the wait begins, i could do with it before the end of the week as i am going on holiday.

I've read all the updates, and I've just ordered the Sensation online today, as an early upgrade.   What's the current stock/ delivery lead time expectations.

I've had my Order Being Processed email (this was late in the day), so how long should I expect to wait for progress (I opted for delivery to a store)

I ordered on Friday as an early upgrade and got an out of stock email so I cancelled the order. I rang the online team on Monday to see which Samsungs were  in stock and was told that the Sensation was a stock item and not 'out of stock'. I was told to reorder and I would probably get it within 48 hours. I reordered and was sent another out of stock email.

The fact that vodafone have moved me on to the new monthly package but can't provide a phone leaves me scratching my head. Good advert for O2. Think I've had my lot
