Problems getting headphones delivered

I recently recieved an HTC One S replacement handset, after a lot of hassle. 2 days off work/several hours of phone calls/online live help after it being sent to the wrong address, despite me informing VF that the address they had was incorrect. I had to make a 50 mile round trip to collect it from the DPD depot. A few days later I got a text from vodafone saying they'd meant to send the promotional urBeats headphones. Despite now having my correct address these were also sent to the wrong address, and then returned to the vodafone warehouse. They called me to let me know but are unable to resend them to the correct address.
I called vodafone CS who suggested that I go to a shop, buy a pair and they'd reimburse me. I tried this but they don't have any and said that they wouldn't have been able to do that anyway as they came packaged with the handset.
I've been back on with vodafone CS again and was spoken to cheekily about why I didn't just make the 90- minute round trip to collect the headphones from the depot as well, and informing me that "the promotion ended a long, long time ago". After being put on hold for a long time, I was promised a call back in 10 mins, which never happened.
So there are a set of urBeats headphones belonging to me in a vodafone warehouse somewhere, and I'd quite lke them to be sent to the correct address. Any ideas?
