Hi all,

I've noticed on the HTC phones that there doesn't seem to be a SMS Validity Period, which I used a lot on my old phone.

I've got a HTC Explorer, does anyone know if there's an ap or anything that can help with this?

Hi Kerrie,

Thanks for posting. SMS Validity Period functions were pretty unpopular for the majority back in the day as customers thought their texts were being 'lost' as opposed to being deleted periodically to free up memory. As Smartphones have gotten more advanced, the memory has been vastly improved, giving less call to have the facility in current phones.

While we can't advise on independent apps ourselves, I'm sure other customers can recommend any apps they've used that you can install to have this feature if you still have need.
