Hi 

My sensation will not play any sounds from the speaker, the only sound is a rapid clicking sound which can only be heard if you place your ear against the speaker grill. the phone is less than six months old.

Obviously this means i am unable to enjoy any of my personal or online media but worst of all i keep missing calls and other notifications.

I hope you can help please
