A 2 week old HTC Sensation. This evening it refused to start up - sometimes only bringing up "HTC" before dying to a black screen other times getting to the red splash before dying. I contacted HTC by live chat & did the factory reset they advised me to do. Now the phone is constantly rebooting by itself and they have advised me to remove the battery. Is there anything else I can try to get it to start? Am very disappointed that it has such a problem after such a short length of time.

If I take it into a vodafone store tomorrow will it be replaced as it is only 2 weeks old? Unfortunately I had to spend several hours today trying to sort out the bill for this phone as it was double what I'd signed up to so the problems now are only adding to my dissatisfaction.

An update to say that I went into the Vodafone store in the Abbeycentre, Newtownabbey & the customer service was excellent. A phone call through to Vodafone & the phone was exchanged for a new one.
