From the moment I took my HTC one m8 out in the Huddersfield store to my latest dealings with Adam (Nothern Irish guy?) from customer services it's been increasingly positive on the customer service front.

Adam was excellent on the phone and both he and the guy in the shop (with the Christmas jumper and an HTC one m8 of his own) clearly knew what they were doing.

I've been with Vodafone a while now and as long as this situation continues I really can't even begin to think about changing provider. Sure things don't go right 100%. of the time , but when they do its important to know what went right and why.

Keep up the good work.
