Hey everyone...

I've been using Swype 1.56 on my Magic for a while now, and today I got a message saying it had expired. I cannot get 1.60 to work (it forces close everytime) so I'm wondering if anyone out there has a solution for me to get Swype back on my Magic...

Thanks for your post. I'm afraid Swype is a third party app and so I'm unable to offer any support for it. I'll of course leave this one open to the forum

I would suggest doing an uninstall of the app and the installer, then re-downloading the latest beta, which you should be able to do from the email of the latest beta they sent out a few days ago.

I love Swype, but I have stopped using it. It gets slower and slower over time until it's just unusable for me. I imagine the dictionary it creates becomes too large or something.

I've done the uninstall, but I can't find the latest beta (I'm not on the email list as its closed). Can you tell me what the latest version you have is?

I got a version of 2.4 working! Yay! Just not the "official" one. I hope the Swype team puts out the official release soon.
