System user interface not working

Htc one mini. Having the message system user interface has stopped working. Have done a hard reset. Is this a problem others have had. Is it a one off or could it happen agai.

Has the hard reset stopped the messages?

If this is still happening, I'd recommend a full factory reset. Be sure to back the phone up first. Our device help will explain how to do this.
