I`ve recently installed Android from XDA developers on my TP2. Everything works as it should except I can`t get 3G, Data or send/receive MMS.Anybody else done this and had similar problems?

I think you would be better asking in the thread the rom is in on Xda. The users on there are more likely to be able to help as they are more likely to of had the problem. I wish i could help but its a year since i had a Touch Pro 2 and i never had Android on it. Which rom are you using?

Hi Loftusfrontera,
From what you have said, it sounds like the update may have knocked your settings out of sync.
As this is not an official TP2 update, we don't have any setup guides for you however, the generic settings can be found in the Help centre: What are Vodafone's generic WAP and Internet access (APN) settings?
If you are using the WAP Access Point Name:
* APN = wap.vodafone.co.uk
* username = wap
* password = wap
* homepage = live.vodafone.com
If you are using the Internet Access Point Name:
* APN = internet
* username = web
* password = web
I would give these a go and once you are able to connect to the internet using the WAP settings we will be able to look at the MMS settings for you.

ok, so it's not down to apn, it could be something to do with radio. XDA forums is the only way for you now.
Just a quick thought, is mobile data enabled in settings?
