Transferring my sim over?

Hi team, I used the online form to request my number to be transfered from my current sim card, so a new nano sim card that I received as part of an upgrade. This was at 9PM on Tuesday 31st March. After waiting 24 hours as initiatilly instructed, the number had not been transfered. I then used the sim swap tool which sends a text to the current phone, and completed the remaining steps, and waited 12 hours as instructed. The old sim is still working, and the new sim is not working. Calling 191 just instructs me to go to the website. Please help as I would like to use the new plan that I am paying for, thanks. Talk to Live Chat (Contact Us at the bottom of the page).   Ignore previous failures and just ask them to activate the new SIM (to keep the conversation simple).   I always use them in preference to the online form and have found them to be efficient and the process quick.  If it still doesn't work, post back here as there may be an issue with your account.
