This year I am upgrading my current phone a Sony w810i to a htc but not sure which one to buy on pay as you go I like the wildfire s but don't suppose that will be available on pay as you go.

Welcome to the eForum it is always good to see new faces on here.

I love my HTC Desire and I think that the Android Marketplace is brilliant.

The HTC Wildfire is available on PAYG, you can see this phone on our Pay As You Go Handsets

It is a massive change in the handset abilities compared with your Sony W810i, and I would recommend calling into a Vodafone store to have a play with the phones in store, but I am sure that you will see the improvements that this phone offers

If you're looking at an HTC you're better off spending a bit more and getting a better handset. The Wildfire S looks OK on paper but will never be as good as the larger devices. I'd even suggest getting an Original Desire over the Wildfire

Ultimately I'd say wait a bit longer and get the Sensation if you can - looks like it'll be an awesome handset
