Vodafone & HTC Sensation are just poor!!

Hi,
I am not normally a moaner but I am at the point where I'm going to absolutely lose it!!!
My first HTC sensation was ok for a while! it's a good phone when it works. But for the past few months it has been terrible, whether it being deleting emails for no apparent reason, never having a signal, the gps not working so i was unable to use sat nat or it running slower than my granny in a marathon! I'd like to point out now that I am a business customer, my mobile it my main point of contact for clients for calls and email, basically its VITAL to me. I decided it was time to call vodafone who were really helpful and exchanged it for the same model. I recieved the new phone saturday and after 3 days it has been nothing but trouble! its constantly resets itself, especially during calls and now it will not even turn on! so Vodafone are going to send me ANOTHER one! is this a joke?? the forum will tell you these phones are utter cack! I approached the subject of a different phone with the person at vodefone who took my call but he said that its only a like for like exchange he can do! I explained my issues with that and also explained I understood the issue he had with sending me a new phone. I get that every Tom, ###### and Harry would be saying there 6 months old phone was "not working" if it meant they had the latest new phone sent to them. I told him I was happy to pay towards it, whatever the price! but this was not an option! As I have said, I am a business customer with my mobile being vital to my business, and it's not like I have a small £20 a month contract. I have 2 phones on my contract which equates to £90 a month!! i know I'm not the biggest but I am certainly not the smallest!
All in all this phase has been extremely dissapointing for me and unless something suitable for my needs is presented to me I am going to be moving my contract asap and be speaking to Ofcom and Otelo to see if can be taken further!

Hi Boothroyd86,
We look to respond to all emails, as with all posts, as quickly as we can. We work everything in time order where possible to be fair to every query we get, but we do get to everyone.
Whilst I can't see an email from the address you have registered on the eForum, I can see one from a similar address which may be yours.
If you used the registered address, please can you re-send it ensuring that the code mentioned in the PM is correct so it comes directly to our team? If the one I've spotted is yours, then we'll get back to you as soon as possible. If you want to check, then you can update the email address on your eForum profile to the one you've contacted us from and we'll check we have that for you.
Dave
