bluetooth password

hi

 

i have just taken delivery of the htc wildfire. i have tried to pair the phone to my car bluetooth. the phone asks for a password, i have put in 0000 and 1234. as suggested plus the pin for my phone, all have failed. can anyone help?

If you are entering a password on the phone, it has to be the one that the car audio has set on it.  If the car audio manual doesn't help, it could be that someone has set a password on the car audio and you will have to reset that back to factory settings to then be able to use the phone.

 

The car audio manual is what you need.
