Hi gsxr1300

Sorry to hear that the phone has got an issue, it does look like you are having different problems with the handset.

I am sure that the engineers will get this sorted for you. If you have any further issues after this please let us know.

Shame your having issue's...
If it doesn't get resloved and If your thinking about changing or getting rid of it, do yourself a favour and spend an hour reading on XDA and put a custom rom on it, i know you shouldn't have to do it and i can't understand why Vodafone / HTC don't adopt one and use it...
It will transform your phone and turn it into one of the best phone's on the market at the moment...
I put a custom rom on mine more out of curiosity and i hadn't done anything like that before and if you have a read first its actually really easy to do, you will invalidate your warranty though (for some crazy reason as the phone actually performs better way better) but if your thinking about getting rid of it anyway, its definatly the thing to do...
Mine's stable, no freezes, good battery life, good signal, just everything is how it should be...

There is a FUP applied to "shoving up ****" and unfortunately the Vodafone customer based has been screwed over enough this quarter meaning the FUP has been well and truely abused by Vodafone...
