htc one m8 rebbot loop

yesterday my htc one m8 went into a hard reboot mode. i have tried everything from online advice but seems to be stuck in a loop. i went in store yesterday and the told me to connect it to my laptop and try it that way but it wont connect . any help would be appreciated

It might be worth contact HTC - ther should be a support option on their UK website, but I fear the phone may need to go for repair,.
