htc one mini2 system update now stuck

Just performed the requested system update, it loaded it and reset, now stuck on the white HTC screen. 2 month old phone. Pretty hacked off. No keys work. Cant do a hard boot. Any suggestions ? Cheers in advance .

Has the update definitely downloaded?

Try to leave it to let it do its thing.

Use Google for some troubleshooting tips. 

Last resort would be possibly a Hard Reset but be aware this would delete saved data.

Yep, it went to restart and is still frozen 3 hours later..... Waiting for the battery to run out and then take it into a shop and ask for a replacement I guess if it doesn't start. Cheers.

I assume their are no Htc PC Suites that may help ?

Hard Reset not an option ?

Please let us know how you get on - They may want to send the phone off.
