My HTC CHA CHA has been stuck in safe mode for a long while now, i cant use the keyboard or anything i have tried factory data reset but to no avail, i also cant seem to get to the boot menu, i press volume down and power but it just powers up normaly, this is a good phone, i dont think i can get it repaired as it was a gift.

please help as i want this phone working again. thank you

If a reset hasn't worked and you can't get to a boot menu then I guess it sounds like a software fault. The best option would be to look at sending the phone off for repair. More information below.
