ive put a payg sim into my unlocked htc wildfire, works fine on calls and texts but wont let me on the web
ive putn both sets of apn settings in but keeps saying incorrect apn settings !!!
have they changed ?
or is there something ive missed ?

Can you post the APN setting you are using so we can confirm if they are correct for you?
Just to update, the ones I'm using on PAYG:
Proxy: Not Set
Port: Not set
Server: Not set
MMS Proxy; 126.96.36.199
MMS Port: 8799
APN type: default,supl,mms

I am having the same issue but I have gone from pre paid to a contract. Where do I find the APN settings? Also I have sent a txt to 40127 and nothing is happening.

to further my enquiry
ive put the pay as you go sim im having problems accessing the internet on my htc into by business phone that is also on vodaphone and it wont access the internet via that phone either it just says insuffient network coverage even though it shows 3g coverage nd there is no problem with my business sim in the phone??? is this a sim card fault?

Could you also send WEB to 40127 as the settings should be send to your device

Thanks for coming back to me. I'm sorry that the messages were not delivered to you. You can try a new SIM as this wouldn't hurt. There are a number of ways to obtain a new SIM:
- Your local store will be able to provide you with one
- We can order you one
- You can order one over the phone by calling 191
The second two options will be slower as we'll have to send it via mail and will take approximately 3-5 working days.
