wildfire dropping calls.

hi

my Wildfire is now dropping call. calls last couple minutes if that then cut off.  in 12mins i had 6 drops. this has happening in only the 3 days or so. working perfectly. have had about 3 new sims, repair (less than 2 mths ago). now this. I am mighty peeved at this. since ive had this phone it has been a pain, only had it for less than yr. 

 

Please dont come up with the usual try this try that, i have tried all those and waste of time, having probs before so know what to do. I used sim in my spare phone and there was no call drops at all, so htc phone the problem. no surprise there.

 

what to do now.

Thanks for your post here. I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems with your phone again. I appreciate how frustrating this must be for you.

 

If you SIM works ok in another phone then it’s clear that the phone is at fault and will need to be sent away for repair under the warranty.

Brand new replaced HTC Wildfire STILL dropping calls

HI posted lasted week re htc dropping calls, So off it went to get fixed, Went to collect phone yesterday to b  given new htc wildfire. GUESS WHAT drops calls to. I am now absolutely cheesed off. (using cheap phone works ok so not sim as tried to explain to 191. ). I

 

What is my next moved. I do not wish for HTC and would like Vodafone to change my phone to something different.  This is causing me some what inconvenience.  3 sims, 2 repairs in so many months. not acceptable. I fulfil my contract by paying my bill. Help pls.

i am still waiting on someone being in touch with me on this matter. this is no use to me as i have to keep changing phone to make a call or receive. Really not happy. A real inconvenience and not getting full use of phone.

Anyone. still awaiting a response from here and from vodaphone email or contact us service. (2nd may message sent) . this is now a joke.

I want a phone replaced other than htc. My contract isnt fulfilled, whether or not its voda or htc fault. Looking at next step in this matter.

Replied contact us again, though cant get link highlighted so hope common sense prevails. used EFT 165. and username. I expect reply asap no matter what. This is absolute disgrace. Vodafone take my money quick enough every month but their services are go slow.

ok called dropped 30 secs this time. please rush asap. i need for  sake of ill father and cant keep swapping phone. obviously htc no use now for calls. ( strange how this has happened in last month). phone need replaced to something other than htc. sry to b bugbear.
