Choe_'s post was about a year ago and she hasn't posted again, so I'm not sure she'll be checking the thread to respond to you. We'll be happy to help though.
When you're connecting, do you see the Wi-Fi connection icon on your phone screen? It's usually a set of curves radiating upwards from a point - if you can confirm your handset we'll confirm that and what Wi-Fi settings you may need to check. If that isn't showing, you're not connecting to the Wi-Fi.
If it shows you're connecting, but you cannot load any pages or run any apps which require connectivity, can you confirm if you get the same response on any other Wi-Fi hotspot?
Alternatively, if you're not showing as connecting on Wi-Fi, can you confirm if you usually get mobile network connectivity in the same location? If so, this would suggest that the attempt to connect to Wi-Fi, whilst not working, is stopping the handset from connecting to the network.
Finally, although the pages aren't loading, are apps such as Facebook updating correctly for you?
If you can fill in a few gaps for us, I'm sure we can get this sorted.
