Hi
If the phone has a removable battery then remove it for a few minutes and replace it and try again.
If you have any type of Microsoft pc suite for it hook it up to see if that helps.
One last resort is to google
'Hard Reset' for your model of lumia.
As this deletes saved data in the phones memory it is a last resort.

Already checked and the battery is non removable :smileysad:Going to resort to checking in with a retailer, I think.

Ok.
I assume looking at the various resets for your handset has not helped ?
I would also support speaking to the manufacturer via their UK support site.
Their is also the Nokia Forum you could drop by and create a search within its boards ,and or join and post a question there.

@Wynne65 - Make sure that all your Firmware’s up to date.
