Unable to buy apps from Windows Phone Store via Vodafone

I felt I should notify somebody but have been unable to find a Vodafone email address so am posting here to explain that I have been unable to buy apps / unlock apps for my Lumia phone when payment is to be made via Vodafone (my network provider for Sainsbury's Mobile).

 

I have another means of payment which is OK, it is just the Vodafone payment system that is failing.

There is no such email address.

 

Vodafone doesn't offer such a payment service for either Android or iOS phones so it's very unlikely they do for Windows phones.

I have 3 numbers and handsets on 2 separate accounts with Vodafone.

 

One of these uses a Lumia 635 and last month spent £14 on apps within the Windows Store via their Vodafone Account.

 

As much as it pains me to suggest it, but you might want to contact either Vodafone Customer Service via 191 or use the Live Chat feature on the main website.
